E tamb\u00e9m sobre como criar, em conjunto, regras que facilitem a chegada do investimento social privado \u00e0 agenda do terceiro setor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participaram da mesa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fl\u00e1via Regina de Souza Oliveira, advogada e s\u00f3cia da Mattos Filho; Allyne Andrade, superintendente-adjunta no Fundo Brasil de Direitos Humanos; Athayde Motta, diretor geral no Ibase; La\u00eds de Figueir\u00eado Lopes, presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Direito do Terceiro Setor da OAB e Igor Ferrer, da Secretaria Geral da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Em destaque:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Auto regula\u00e7\u00e3o e compliance\u00a0<\/li><li>Investimento em advocacy e nos movimentos sociais\u00a0<\/li><li>Retomada do protagonismo do governo federal no di\u00e1logo com as as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span>A pesquisa \u201cPeriferia e Filantropias\u201d, publicada pela Iniciativa <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.periferiasefilantropia.org\/\"><span>Pipa<\/span><\/a><span>, mostrou as dificuldades que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil (OSCs) de regi\u00f5es perif\u00e9ricas t\u00eam para acessar recursos do investimento social privado. O documento revelou que 74% das pessoas que trabalham em projetos sociais perif\u00e9ricos s\u00e3o negras, e sobrevivem com menos de 5 mil reais por ano. A maioria das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 chefiada por mulheres, e elas geralmente s\u00e3o negras.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f53ab45 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f53ab45\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Levando o investimento at\u00e9 a ponta<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-442bcd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"442bcd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E como fazer o investimento chegar aos territ\u00f3rios que precisam? Com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de editais p\u00fablicos, sele\u00e7\u00f5es externas e inclusivas, e contando com comit\u00eas compostos por especialistas de movimentos sociais e acad\u00eamicos que validem os projetos, orienta Allyne Andrade. <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Fundo Brasil faz um processo de apoio a organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o centradas em nossos escrit\u00f3rios. E esse trabalho \u00e9 feito por meio de di\u00e1logo e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos flex\u00edveis para que as OSCs continuem existindo. Essa experi\u00eancia foi iniciada durante a pandemia e viabilizou o envio de verbas que garantiram ajuda de custos, sal\u00e1rios e recursos emergenciais para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es durante o per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico\u201d, explicou.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os recursos de natureza flex\u00edvel tamb\u00e9m criaram uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o mais transparente entre o fundo e as OSCs, al\u00e9m de ter facilitado o recebimento de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas e relat\u00f3rios. \u201c\u00c9 importante que os fundos sociais privados fa\u00e7am isso, porque desafiar a desigualdade \u00e9 sobre dar lugar\u201d, finalizou Allyne Andrade. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d1d094 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8d1d094\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Entender como as OSCs se organizam <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a772506 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a772506\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compreender e respeitar o modo de trabalho das OSCs s\u00e3o processos fundamentais para que se consiga avan\u00e7ar no marco regulat\u00f3rio de financiamento, com prote\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica e tranquilidade para lidar com as exig\u00eancias legais. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel para facilitar o di\u00e1logo\u00a0 do terceiro setor com os investidores p\u00fablicos e privados.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u00c9 fundamental que sejam criadas formas de regula\u00e7\u00e3o onde as pessoas possam se expressar livremente. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 fundamental a inclus\u00e3o da sociedade civil nos processos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, afirmou Igor Ferrer, da Secretaria Geral da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica. \u201cA diretoria de parcerias com a sociedade civil n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o.
